Yes, they do look a like. BTW, it looks like you have discovered one of the best of activities with a child that age, falling asleep on the couch, with the child asleep on your chest.
My 2 year old will have none of it, while my 5 month old loves it. The 2 year old never falls asleep when daddy is around. He's too busy jumping on me. :)
